Chuck has unparalleled experience in representing and advising organizational ombuds programs and organizations seeking to create ombuds programs. His experience includes all sectors:  corporate, colleges and universities, government agencies, K-12 school systems, as well as other civic and charitable organizations.  He is the author of two leading books on organizational ombuds programs and served for two and a half years as the inaugural Executive Director of the International Ombuds Association during which he assisted organizations create new ombuds programs and advised existing ombuds programs on various issues.  He brings this experience to the following consulting services:
