Chuck has unparalleled experience in representing and advising organizational ombuds programs and organizations seeking to create ombuds programs. His experience includes all sectors: corporate, colleges and universities, government agencies, K-12 school systems, as well as other civic and charitable organizations. He is the author of two leading books on organizational ombuds programs and served for two and a half years as the inaugural Executive Director of the International Ombuds Association during which he assisted organizations create new ombuds programs and advised existing ombuds programs on various issues.
