Chuck has unparalleled experience in representing and advising organizational ombuds programs and organizations seeking to create ombuds programs. His experience covers all sectors: corporate, colleges and universities, government agencies, K-12 school systems, as well as civic and charitable organizations. He is the author of two leading books on organizational ombuds programs and served for two and a half years as the inaugural Executive Director of the International Ombuds Association. For over 35 years he has assisted organizations create new ombuds programs and advised existing ombuds programs on various issues.
